1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold through AliProgramming are digital architecture frameworks and downloadable assets.
No physical goods are shipped.
Due to the intangible nature of digital products, once access is granted or files are downloaded, the product is considered delivered.
2. No Returns on Downloaded Products
Because digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, we do not accept returns once:
- The download link has been accessed
- The files have been downloaded
- Access credentials have been delivered
All sales are considered final after delivery.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The product was not delivered due to a verified technical issue
- Duplicate payment was made
- The file is corrupted and cannot be accessed after support resolution attempts
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Situations

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without prior contact may result in:
- Permanent account suspension
- Restricted access to future purchases
We encourage direct communication before escalating to payment providers.
